Amazing Company & Customer Service Experience

I wanted to do a quick review of my experience ordering from LUSHER.co and thank them for going above and beyond in this crazy world. I Placed my order at the start of December in hopes of making sure the Stardust bag my wife has been eyeing arrived in time for Christmas. I was immediately impressed that the order was shipped out the same day I place it, but once it reached the sorting center in the U.S it disappeared from tracking, USPS wasn't scanning it. Before I even noticed the situation with the tracking I had a message from LUSHER they were aware of the tracking issue and had talked to the shipping service. Although it was no fault of LUSHER, and I understood the covid delays, I was very pleased with the thoughtful and human effort put into my order and satisfaction. Luckily the packaged arrived today and the bag is beautiful. Thank you to the team at LUSHER and I will definitely recommend this company to friends.

Beautiful pink backpack

I love my backpack, it is lush and soft and well made. The pink colour is perfect, nice and muted. I really like the pockets, they are well placed. I have been looking for a leather backpack for a while now and when I saw this in a store in Victoria, BC I couldn't believe it ! It is so beautiful, it smells so good and it really is a stunning bag. I can fit my bigger items like my wallet, daytime, make up pouch and glasses in the main pocket area and smaller items in the other pockets. This bag is beautiful, classy and rustic. Just my style. I love it 😊
