    I can attest to Lushers great leather and shipping. I have ordered many times and often last minute without complaint. I have only returned one item because I accidentally bought it twice and it was as easy as sending an email and using their label. Of course, people won’t believe my review anyway.

    I stopped trusting reviews, or maybe caring about them because the negative reviews always had something to do with people mad about personal things and not providing good information about the product itself. I find shops like lusher.co really transparent, good photos, great communication with the actual staff of the company and anyone that ships 1-3 days really is going above and beyond. I bought a bag that cost 2300.00 from a well known brand and it took 3 weeks to arrive!!

    I have a boutique and we experience this problem with people using Google reviews to pressure us into giving them big discounts or free items too but the biggest irritation for us is people buying something they selected to then leave a negative review because it doesn’t fit them. Buying the wrong size isn’t anyones fault, its certainly not the item you boughts fault and is just a matter or returning or exchanging. My message is leave reviews about the customer service, the quality and don’t let size disappointment turn into blame.

    This is such a good idea!! I have an online store for our boutique and I hate the way review platforms use email addresses and how abused the system is by scammers trying to extort and blackmail small business with bad reviews that in no way reflect the business.
