Returns
Not in love with your order? No worries! You can request a return label within 7 days of delivery.
Just email us at sales@lusher.co with your order information we'll provide a return of goods label to ship your package back to our Salt Lake City Warehouse.
Return of Goods service label expires 7 days after delivery. After this period, our shipping team is unable to reissue the label.
Self-returns can not be accepted by our warehouse.
No Cancelations
Once your order is confirmed, our shipping team begins preparing it for dispatch. Because we process orders quickly, we’re unable to cancel or modify them once confirmed.
If you decide to return your order after receiving it, simply email us to request a return shipping label within 7 days of delivery.
Final Sale Items
Sale Items, Including and not limted to Obi Belts, Warehouse Sale, Second Sale Items - all are marked final sale as noted in the description.
Refunds
After your returned item arrives at our Salt Lake City warehouse, and our quality control team has received your item back in original condition, with original packaging and tags, we’ll issue a refund minus any shipping costs within 7-14 business days.
Quality Control and Shipping Promise
Every item is carefully inspected and photographed before shipping to ensure a great customer experience. If something isn’t right, send us a photo at sales@lusher.co within the first 4 days after delivery.
Customer Responsibility
When you shop with Lusher.co, we work hard to send your pieces safely packaged and securely shipped to their new home. To help everything arrive smoothly, we ask our customers to partner with us on a few simple things:
• Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address where someone can receive and sign for the package if required. (keep payment apps like PayPal updated!)
• Use your primary email so you receive order updates and tracking information.
• Keep an eye on tracking and collect your delivery promptly.
• Review product descriptions, measurements, and policies before purchasing so you feel confident in your choice.
• If you need a return for an eligible item or need to report a flaw upon delivery, contact us before the return label expires 7 days after delivery.
Every Lusher bag and belt is a cherished member of our family, and our Lusher community loves welcoming them into new homes and adventures. We ship with care and security, and trust their new owners to receive and care for their packages once they arrive.
Packages that are neglected, not accepted, Return To Sender unfortunately cannot be refunded. Lusher is not responsible for non delivery or misdelivery due to customer neglect or error.
