HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
We do not accept exchanges at this time, however, we recommend placing your new order now to reserve the item of your choice & ensure immediate shipping. Send your current item back in the meantime & we'll process your refund same day as your return arrives back to us.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM
Please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your item with the subject line 'return'. In the body of the email please include:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Ship Item for return within 14 days of receiving of your order.
We will reply to your email and provide approval and return address and shipping instructions.
Upon receiving the returned item in good order & unaltered, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the returned item to the payment method used.
Items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and have the original tag still attached as proof of non-use and be a full priced item.
Approved returns that arrive after 14 days will receive an in-store credit.
Non Returnable Items:
Items on sale for 20% off can be returned, items on sale for more then 20%, are from our Second Sale, or are marked 'Last One' can not be returned as these items are either just a 'few left' or 'end of season/end of line or seasonal color' and can not be added back into stock. Items that have been used, altered, treated or "cleaned" in anyway are not refundable. All returns are received by the same quality control agent who packaged it, is checked and a return issued same day.
Items must be shipped clearly as returns to ensure no duties are levied as an error in duties will be deducted from the refund.
