 Please contact our team at within 14 days of receiving your item with the subject line 'return'. We'll respond within 24 hrs with shipping return details.

In the body of the email please include:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Item must be received within 30 days for refunds
  • Tags Must Be Attached / Duster Included/Unused

Canadian Customers will receive a return label - $15.00 

USA Customers will receive our Quality Control return address and ship items back to us via USPS (recommended) Due to currency changes and customs we are currently unable to provide shipping labels but it's something we are working on and hope to be able to do for our customers soon.

Upon receiving the returned item in good order, unaltered with tags attached and including duster our quality control team review the returned item and issue a refund to your original form of payment the day we receive your return.

Approved returns that arrive after 30 days will receive an in-store credit. 

Any duties, taxes or broker fees incurred entering Canada will be deducted from refunds.

Full Priced Items - 20% off are refundable

Items on sale for 20% or more, marked Last One, Second Sale, End of Season are non refundable.

Items from our Second Sale/Bag Revival, or are marked 'Last One' or 'End of Season' & Items on sale for more then 20% off can not be returned as these bags are often from our last batch, end of season color of style and can not be added back into current inventory. 

We're happy to answer questions before you buy to help you find the perfect bag. 

Items that have been used, altered, treated or "cleaned" in anyway are not refundable. 

Any request for return or exchange that is not returned in a timely manner. 


If you placed your order during business hours, Mon - Friday and you have not received your shipping confirmation ( Tracking) Contact our team, we'll do our best to contact shipping and stop your order from shipping out. Please be aware we ship within 24 hrs and we may not get to your email in time. Note: The original cost of shipping  is deducted from refunds / returns on canceled orders that have already received tracking as these items are in transit & shipping has been paid.
