Covid-19 Effects on Shipping: We ship with Canada Post and have had no delays in getting our customers order's out within 24 hrs, we've noted only some, slight delays within Canada.

U.S customers: Canada Post has had no delays getting order's to the boarder, once order's reach the U.S you can track your package at USPS using the same tracking. We've noted delays in some of the transfer centers anywhere between a 3-5 day delay in shipping to the destination, but all order's have been successfully delivered. Free Over $200.00. $10.00  Flat Fee under $200.00. British Columbia - Free Over $100.00 or Flat Fee of $8.00 under $100.00

USA - Canada Post - USPS - 3 - 8 days

Free Over $200.00. Flat Fee $10.00 under $200.00

Tracking can be used at Canada Post and once your order arrives in the U.S tracked at USPS for detailed delivery. 

International Orders - UPS or DHL - 3 - 10 days

Free Over $300.00. Flat Fee $35.00 under $300.00

(Weekends / Holidays - next business days) 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

Please contact our team at sales@lusher.co within 7 days of receiving your item with the subject line 'exchange'. In the body of the email please include:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Ship item for return within 14 days

We will reply to your email and provide approval and return shipping instructions. 

Upon receiving the returned item in good order we will issue an in-store credit for the original purchase price of the returned item.

Items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and have the original tag still attached as proof of non-use. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM

Please contact our team at sales@lusher.co within 7 days of receiving your item with the subject line 'return'. In the body of the email please include:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Ship Item for return within 14 days of receiving of your order.

We will reply to your email and provide approval and return address and shipping instructions. 

Upon receiving the returned item in good order we will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the returned item to the payment method used.

Items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and have the original tag still attached as proof of non-use and be a full priced item.

Approved returns that arrive after 14 days will receive an in-store credit. 

Please note cost of shipping is non-refundable

Non Returnable  Items:  

Items on sale for 20% off  can be exchanged, items on sale for more then 20%, are from our Second Sale, or are marked 'Last One' can not be returned as these items are either just a 'few left' or 'end of season/end of line or seasonal color' and can not be added back into stock. 

Cancellations:  

We are unable to accept cancellations. Our shipping team ships packages 'same day'. Same Day means within 24 hrs of the time of order. Since we ship soon after each order our customer care team may not get to emails requesting cancellations prior to shipping. (Customer Care: Mon-Fri) Please ensure when placing your order you provide the correct shipping address, any such errors we will work with you to assist but are the responsibility of the customer. Note: Shipping fee's are non-refundable.
