 HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Full Price or Sale Items of 20% or less: 

Please contact our team at sales@lusher.co within 7 days of receiving your item, subject line "exchange". We'll respond within 24 hrs with shipping information. Please do not ship until we've responded with details. 

We recommend placing your new order immediately to reserve the item of your choice & ensure immediate shipping. Send your current item back in the meantime & we'll process your refund same day as your return arrives back to us.

Or

Once your item is received back in same condition as shipped we'll issue a gift card same day which you can use towards the purchase of your new choice.  

Please Note: We cover the original cost of shipping for one exchange per purchase, if more then one return/exchange occurs the original cost of shipping to the the customer is deducted from the return. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM

Full Priced Items:

Please contact our team at sales@lusher.co within 7 days of receiving your item with the subject line 'return'. We'll respond within 24 hrs with shipping information. Please do not ship until we've responded with details. 

In the body of the email please include:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Ship Item for return within 14 days of receiving of your order.

Upon receiving the returned item in good order & unaltered, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the returned item to the payment method used.

Items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and be full priced items. 

Approved returns that arrive after 14 days will receive an in-store credit. 

Items must be shipped VIA USPS or Canada Post and marked clearly as returns to ensure no duties are levied as an error in duties will be deducted from the refund. If you're unsure, ask the shipping service (USPS or Canada Post) prior to shipping.

Note: UPS / DHL are 'private shipping services' & often charge extra duties/  & always charge broker fees. Do not ship with these services. 

Please note: Due to the high cost of shipping to int. customers (outside of North America US/Canada) we do not accept returns. Please contact us and we'll ensure you order the perfect bag for you the first time, we want you to love your bag. 

Non Returnable Items:  

Items on sale for 20% off  can be returned for an exchange, items on sale for more then 20%, are from our Second Sale, or are marked 'Last One' can not be returned.

Items that have been used, altered, treated or "cleaned" in anyway are not refundable. 

Cancellations:  

Contact us at sales@lusher.co : We do our best, contact us before your item ships and we'll contact shipping to see if your item can be stopped. Our shipping team ships packages 'same day'. Same Day means within 24 hrs of the time of order. Since we ship soon after each order, our customer care team may not get to emails requesting cancellations prior to shipping. (Customer Care: Mon-Fri 9am - 6 pm pt) Please ensure when placing your order you provide the correct shipping address, any such errors we will work with you to assist but are the responsibility of the customer.
