Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your new bag, if for any reason you'd like to return your order contact our team within 7 days of receipt of the bag. Please be available to receive your bag within this time.
*Canadian's - we'll provide a link where you can print off a free shipping label or use at your local post office for a free return
*U.S Customers we'll provide you the return address - ship via USPS and we'll provide a full refund once your item is received back.
1) The bag is unworn/unused.
2) Please keep the tie tag on for proof of non-use.
3) Keep the shipping box, dust bag, and materials to ship back.
4) Send Return Tracking within 7 days of receipt of the bag.
Once your return is received our shipping team will do a quality control check and refund you same day.
EXCHANGES: Contact us to let us know you'd like to return your bag and what bag you'd like to purchase in exchange. We'll provide a store credit, or you can place a new order for immediate shipping and once your return is received a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
For Holiday gifts (Christmas, Valentine's Day) Contact us within 7 days of the Holiday and let us know you'd like to return or exchange your gift. Please note, the gift must be returned by the purchaser.
