When will my order ship? 

Our shipping team endeavors to ship within 24 - 72 hrs of receiving your order Monday - Friday. 

Note there is no shipping on weekends or Canadian Holidays.

A tracking email will be provided the day your order is shipped.

Understanding 'Shipping Standards'

Shipping standards are set by the carrier and do not include processing time of 1-3 business days, weekends, or holidays.

Carriers consider the pick up date "Day 0".

P.O Boxes: please note any delivery addresses that are P.O. boxes will ship from WA and usually require 2-3 days to ship after the order is fulfilled. 

 Shipping Delays

We understand how dispointing shipping delays can be. Currently every shipping service has  a Covid "Health Protocol" still in place and delays are still common. Services have suspended guaranteed delivery times and refunds for late deliveries. We use the fastest and most reliable services for any upgraded shipping added to an order. Delayed items are not refunded the shipping fees as the service has been used and paid for and is in transit to it's desination. 

Orders placed on Canadian Holidays and weekends are packed and shipped within 24 - 72 hrs the following business day. If you need your package by a specific date please keep this in mind when selecting an upgraded service.

Can you ship my order faster?

Our busy shipping service packs up and ships out each order within 24-72 hrs Mon-Friday in the order they are received. We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please ensure you have read any pre-order items approx. shipping dates as we do our best to keep each listing up to date with any delays occuring due to Covid Health Protocol delays still very much an issue with all carriers. 

What Shipping Service do you use?
Our dedicated shipping team will determine the best shipping service for the location being shipped to. Tracking will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped so you'll be able to track your item easily. Please click on the Tracking button to check the status of your shipment. This is the same information our customer care team and shipping team have. 
Do you provide return lables? 
Yes for North American Orders! Please contact our customer care team to provide a return lable for both Canadian Customers and U.S Customers. 
We deduct just $20.00 from refunds to help cover a portion of the return shipping cost, restocking fees and where applicable duties applied to returns reentering Canada from the U.S.

We ship from B.C  Canada, WA state and internationally.
