LUSHER is a Canadian Company who ships from Canada so are able to offer tax free shopping to our U.S Customers.

When will my order ship? 

Our shipping team is located in B.C. Canada and endeavor to ship within 24 hrs of receiving your order Monday - Friday a.m. During busy shipping times it may take 48-72 hrs.

No shipping occurs on weekends or Canadian Holidays. The moment your order is in transit you'll receive your tracking number.

Shipping Service

We currently ship to our U.S. Customers using UPS Expedited, Tracked with signature required. 

Will I have to pay for Duties?
We offer Duty Free shipping to our U.S customers on orders under $800.00 usd.
Please note: Duties maybe applied to orders over 800.00 usd from Canada to the U.S and are the customers responsability.
If you will be ordering a value over 800.00 we recommend placing more then one order to avoid duties on the package.
Understanding 'Shipping Standards'

Shipping standards are set by the carrier and do not include processing time of 1-3 business days, weekends, or holidays. Carriers consider the pick up date "Day 0". Shipping Delays? Read below. 

What are your shipping fees? 

We currently offer a flat fee shipping of just $9.98 for expedited shipping service. 

    P.O BoxesWe do not ship to P.O boxes. 

    Shipping Delays

    We understand how dispointing shipping delays can be. Currently every shipping service has a Covid "Health Protocol" still very much in place and delays are still common due to staff shortages and other reported issues. Services have suspended guaranteed delivery times and refunds for late deliveries.


    Any questions regarding delays are best answered by the service it's self as our customer care team has only the same information as the tracking provided.

    If your item is more then 1 week overdue, reach out to the shipping service directly to open a claim or investigation. 

    Can you ship my order faster?

    Our busy shipping service packs up and ships out each order within 24-72 hrs Mon-Friday in the order they are received. We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please ensure you have read any pre-order items approx. shipping dates as we do our best to keep each listing up to date with any delays occuring.

    Lost or Stolen Packages:

    Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may be stolen after delivery is confirmed by the shipping service. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.  File a claim with the shipping service.

    We require that you select a secure delivery address and preferably one where someone is able to receive your package directly.

    Where do you ship from?
    We ship from B.C Canada and all returns are received and processed in Canada as well.
