Refused packages, packages 'returned to sender', items not collected—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. incorrect address, not accepting or collecting your package from UPS, refusing to pay duties)— are abandoned. Since these packages are shipped internationally UPS will abandon the package and we will not refund the order. It is customer responsability to accept their packages in a timely manner - one week of delivery date.

We shipping using UPS. The moment your order ships you'll receive your tracking number so you can track your package, be informed of your delivered date, and be made aware of any delays or service updates while your item is in transit. You'll receive a series of shipping emails including an out for delivery email.

Your package will require signature confirmation upon delivery so you can be confident your order is securely delivered without concern of theft or misdelivery.
We will deliver the package to the address provided and once signed for is no longer LUSHERS responsibility so please provide a trusted address for delivery of your package. Please do not enter a P.O Box including UPS store addresses, sorting center or community mail rooms if you do not feel secure with them accepting and signing for your package.
Transit time depends on your location but most deliveries arrive within 1-8 business days. Please note delays can occur but your tracking will keep you informed.

We no longer offer expedited international services since most services no longer guarantee delivery within the stated time frame often leaving customer frustrated and disappointed considering the high fees associated with these services.
We recommend on orders over $800.00 shipping to the US, place two orders and we'll ship them out seprately to ensure no addtional duties, are applied to your delivery. Please note, it is customer responsability to place two orders to avoid duties, our customer care team and shipping team will ship orders as placed by the customer.
If your package arrives with any sort of damage caused in transit it's important you photograph the package with the delivery driver, check the contents to ensure your item was not damaged. If the item shipped is damaged then do not accept it, tell the driver to return the item to UPS and to report the damaged. You will need to Report the damage immidately ( same day) to our customer care team. UPS will keep the package and open a claim. Accepted and signed for packages are customer responsability and any claims must then be submitted by the receiver with proof of damage. We will support your claim with UPS but UPS will insist the receiver report the issue if the package was accepted.
