All orders ship from Salt Lake City, UT via UPS or FedEx depending on your location. Most deliveries arrive in 1–3 business days, with geo-tracking and a signature required for secure delivery.

No Shipping to: P.O Boxes or APO/FPO address.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the move, updates along the way — and another when it’s out for delivery—so you always know where your goodies are!
Signature Required
Lusher is dedicated to exceptional service and spares no expense in our fast & Secure 1-3 days shipping, including geo location tracking and SIGNATURE REQUIRED at time of delivery to ensure no package is lost or stollen.
Customers are responsible to track, sign for and accept their package, or collect it at their local access point before the cut off date.
Abandoned or neglected packages incurr a RTS fee so collect your package even if you decide to return it.
Exchanges
If you decide you would prefer a different item then the one originally selected we recommend, due to our high turn over, ordering the new item and we'll ship it out right away. Contact us for a return label as per our return instructions below.
Returns
Not in love with your order? No worries! You can request a return label within 7 days of delivery. Sale items are final sale.
Just email us at sales@lusher.co with your order information we'll provide a return of goods label to ship your package back to our Salt Lake City Warehouse.
Return of Goods service label expires 7 days after delivery. After this period, our shipping team is unable to reissue the label.
Self-returns can not be accepted by our warehouse.
No Cancelations
Once your order is confirmed, our shipping team begins preparing it for dispatch. Because we process orders quickly (often within hours), we’re unable to cancel or modify them once confirmed.
If you decide to return your order after receiving it, simply email us to request a return shipping label within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
After your returned item arrives at our Salt Lake City warehouse, and our quality control team has receive your item back in original condition, with original packaging and tags, we’ll issue a refund minus any shipping costs within 7-14 business days.

• If you need a return for an eligible item or to report a flaw upon delivery, contact us before the return label expires 7 days after delivery.
