All orders ship from Salt Lake City, UT via UPS or FedEx depending on your location. Most deliveries arrive in 1–3 business days, with geo-tracking and a signature required for secure delivery.
No Shipping to: P.O Boxes or APO/FPO address.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the move—and another when it’s out for delivery—so you always know where your goodies are!
Customers are responsible to track and accept their package before the cut off date. Neglected packages are not refundable.
Exchanges
If you decide you would prefer a different item then the one originally selected we recommend, due to our high turn over, ordering the new item and we'll ship it out right away. Contact us for a return label as per our return instructions below.
Returns
Not in love with your order? No worries! You can request a return label within 7 days of delivery.
Just email us at sales@lusher.co with your order information we'll provide a return of goods label to ship your package back to our Salt Lake City Warehouse.
Return of Goods service label expires 7 days after delivery. After this period, our shipping team is unable to reissue the label. Self-returns are not permitted.

Refunds
After your returned item arrives at our Salt Lake City warehouse, and our quality control team has receive your item back in perfect condition, with original packaging and tags, we’ll issue a refund minus any shipping costs within 7-14 business days.
