For the security of your purchase, all LUSHER.co packages are shipped with signature required to ensure safe and verified delivery.
If a customer requests the removal of the signature requirement, changes the delivery address, or places the package on hold LUSHER.co is no longer responsible for the package. Any claims of loss or non-delivery after customer-direct changes are made must be made directly with the shipping carrier. Please avoid making delivery changes once your order has shipped, as per carrier policies, we’re unable to contact the carrier on your behalf once customer-directed changes are made.
Package Responsibility & Return-to-Sender Policy
We kindly remind all customers to review our Shipping Policy prior to purchase. Receivers are responsible for tracking, accepting, and signing for their package before the carrier’s cut-off date.
Each LUSHER bag and belt is handmade with care — every shipment represents the work of many talented artisans and team members. When a package is neglected or abandoned, it often becomes lost and incurs high carrier fees.
Returned-to-Sender (RTS) packages are subject to deductions from any refund, including a $50 carrier RTS fee, original shipping costs, and warehouse handling fees for processing and quality control. If a package is lost or arrives damaged due to neglect, no refund will be issued.
