Shipping Policy including Tracking, Signature Required, Missed Delivery

 

All orders ship from Salt Lake City, UT via UPS or FedEx , depending on your location.

Most deliveries arrive in 1–3 business days, with geo-tracking and a SIGNATURE REQUIRED for secure delivery.

No Shipping to: P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the move—and another when it’s out for delivery—so you always know where your goodies are!

Signature Required

All packages are shipped with Signature Required for secure delivery

If you are unable to be home, your package will be redelivered or held at an access point for pick up. Use your tracking for delivery and pick up requests, changes and additional information. 

Missed The Carrier's Delivery Attempt ?

Your Tracking will keep you updated on the progress of your package including out for delivery, delivery attemps and if you missed your delivery, the carrier will either reattempt delivery the next 'business day' or use a secure access point where you can collect your package.

If you have any concerns or wish to have the package held at your local depot, contact the carrier or go online using your tracking to make the request.

Customers are responsible to track and accept their package, or collect it at the collection point before the cut off date. Neglected packages are not refundable.

Quality Control and Shipping Promise


Every item is carefully inspected and photographed before shipping to ensure a great customer experience. If something isn’t right, it is important to send us a photo at sales@lusher.co within the first 4 days after delivery. Photos are required by our QQ team due to recent attempts to return replicas. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Customer Responsibility

When you shop with Lusher.co, we work hard to send your pieces safely packaged and securely shipped to their new home. To help everything arrive smoothly, we ask our customers to partner with us on a few simple things.

  • Customers are responsible for reading our shipping and return policies conveniently located in the item listing prior to purchase. 

• Provide a complete and accurate shipping address where someone can receive and sign for the package if required. (keep payment apps like PayPal updated!)
• Use your primary email so you receive order updates and tracking information. 
• Keep an eye on tracking and collect your delivery promptly.
• Review product descriptions, measurements, and policies before purchasing so you feel confident in your choice.
• If you need a return for an eligible item, contact us before the return label expires 7 days after delivery.

Every Lusher bag and belt is a cherished member of our family, and our Lusher community loves welcoming them into new homes and adventures. We ship with care and security, and trust their new owners to receive and care for their packages once they arrive.

Packages that are neglected, not accepted, Return To Sender unfortunately, cannot be refunded. Lusher is not responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery due to customer neglect or error.
