All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the same day and prepared for carrier pickup on the next business day.

Orders ship VIA DHL - and in some cases USPS, depending on the shipping address location.

In some cases we need to ship using USPS . this will be determined by the delivery address.


Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

This tracking provides an ETA and allows you to follow your package’s entire journey from dispatch to delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate residential shipping address where you or an authorized adult can accept and sign for your package.

  • Monitoring the shipment tracking

  • Being available to sign for delivery or contacting the carrier to hold the package for pick up before the final delivery attempt.

  • Collecting the package from the carrier depot before the cut off date.

Deliveries can be conveniently managed online using your tracking. 

RTS (Return to Sender) Packages, once delivered to our warehouse in Salt Lake City will be refunded minus shipping and RTS fee's - so please monitor and accept your package.
