All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the same day and prepared for carrier pickup on the next business day.

Orders ship VIA UPS OR FEDEX - and in some cases USPS, depending on the shipping address location.

Tracking Your Shipment

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate residential shipping address (fedex/ups does not deliver to post office or boxes) 

• Monitoring the shipment tracking

• Being available to sign for delivery

• Collecting the package from the carrier depot if delivery is missed before the cut off date.

If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will redeliver or may hold the package at a local depot. Deliveries can be conveniently manage online using your tracking.
