When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship within 24 hours. Weekend orders are prepared the same day and picked up by the carrier on the next business day.
When will my order be delivered?
Once your package is in transit, your tracking link will provide an estimated delivery date along with real-time shipping updates.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed very quickly — including weekends and holidays. If you’ve received an order confirmation email, your order is already being prepared and can no longer be canceled.
Do you offer additional colors, straps, or sizes?
All currently available products, colors, and sizes are listed on our website. We do offer additional straps when available.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, our quality control team requires 7–14 business days to inspect and process your refund. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once approved.
