All orders ship from our Salt Lake City warehouse via trusted carriers, including DHL and, where required, USPS, depending on your location. Most deliveries arrive within 1–4 business days and include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way and stay informed of your estimated delivery date.

Tracking notifications are sent to the email address provided at checkout, so please ensure your contact details are correct and monitor your delivery updates.


Tracking & Signature Required

To help ensure your purchase arrives safely, every order includes full tracking and requires a signature upon delivery. This helps protect your package from being left unattended and provides added peace of mind.

If you're unavailable on the delivery date, your tracking allows you to manage your delivery directly with the shipping carrier, including requesting your parcel be held for collection before the final delivery attempt.

Customer Responsibilities

To help ensure a smooth delivery, customers are responsible for:

  • Carefully reviewing their order, shipping address, contact details and selected payment method before confirming their order at checkout.

  • Providing a complete, current, and accurate residential shipping address.

  • Monitoring tracking updates and estimated delivery dates.

  • Being available to sign for delivery or arranging with the carrier to hold the parcel for collection before the final delivery attempt.

  • Collecting or accepting the parcel before the carrier's collection or return deadline.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

While our team will always do our best to help, kindly understand that we have a dedicated warehouse team that begins packaging and preparing orders for shipment almost immediately after your order has been confirmed. As a result, cancellations, address changes, order modifications and combined orders cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it arrives exactly as expected.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact sales@lusher.co within 7 days of delivery, along with photos of the issue, so our team can assess it and make it right.

After our 7 day return window, it is reasonable for us to understand that you are satisfied with your purchase and have chosen to keep it. As we are unable to accept returns on used items, please notify us of any concerns within this inspection period.


Easy Returns

We want you to love your purchase.

If you'd like to make a return, simply email sales@lusher.co within 7 days of delivery with your order details and our team will be happy to help.

We'll arrange a prepaid return label through one of our trusted shipping partners. Return labels are valid for 7 days from delivery. After this time, the return label expires and the order is no longer eligible for return.

Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and original components.


Refund Policy

Please allow 14 days from the date your return is received at our Salt Lake City warehouse for your refund to be processed.

This allows our team to inspect each returned item, confirm it is in its original condition and ensure all original components are included before issuing your refund.

A $15.00 restocking fee applies to standard returns to help cover the cost of receiving, inspecting, processing and restocking returned items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable fees outlined in these policies.

Kindly note: Cancelled orders and Return to Sender (RTS) packages are refunded in accordance with our Order Cancelled & Return to Sender (RTS) Packages Policy below, where additional non-refundable actual fees apply.

Sale items are marked Final Sale, including Obi Belts, Last One items and sale events such as Warehouse Sale, Second Sale and Styled & Shot.


Orders Cancelled, & Return to Sender (RTS) Packages

Every order is carefully prepared and shipped in good faith using the shipping address and contact information confirmed by the customer at checkout.

Once an order is confirmed, actual non-refundable payment processing fees have been incurred and once an order has shipped, shipping and warehouse costs have already been incurred. Rather than building these costs into the price of every product, we simply recover the actual costs associated with orders that are cancelled or returned to sender. This helps us keep our everyday pricing fair for all customers.

If an order has already shipped, including customer cancellation requests after shipment, Return to Sender (RTS) packages, incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable shipping addresses provided at checkout, expired mail forwarding, refused deliveries, failure to collect, or any other circumstance that results in the shipment being returned to our warehouse, any refund will be processed once the returned item has been received, inspected and approved by our warehouse, less:

  • the actual payment processing fees charged by the payment provider;
  • all shipping costs incurred to and from the customer; and
  • the applicable restocking fee.

Return to Sender (RTS) packages are processed through our warehouse's standard receiving and quality control procedures. Please allow up to 14 days from the date the returned package is received by our warehouse for quality control and refund processing.

If you would still like to receive your item, simply place a new order using a current, complete and deliverable shipping address where the package can be accepted and signed for. This allows our warehouse to process and dispatch your new order immediately without delays.

Return to Sender (RTS) packages must be assigned a return tracking number. This information is required to identify and locate the returned shipment.

If a Return to Sender (RTS) package is not returned to our warehouse or cannot be located by the shipping carrier, no refund can be issued until the merchandise has been returned to Lusher.co. Packages lost due to RTS are not refundable. 

The deductions outlined above reflect the actual costs charged to Lusher.co by our payment provider, shipping carriers and warehouse partners. They are applied solely to recover costs already incurred and are never retained as profit.
