The LUSHER soft Leather Obi wrap belt has a cult following. This beautiful obi belt is a comfortable simple wrap belt ideal for dresses, coats, jackets or jumpsuits. 

Handcrafted from stitch to leather finish in our workshop in Italy. Exclusive, Artisan Stone Washed Finish "Raw Onyx" is completed by hand on each individual belt, for a genuine bespoke artisan finish. Our signature soft Italian leather is designed to tie very easily and sits beautifully on the body. There are so many ways to wear this belt!

    Important: Do not autofill your address! Please ensure that when using payment apps, your address and information are updated. When you enter your address, you are creating your shipping label, and this is the address we are responsible to ship to. We can not make changes to your order once it is received by our shipping service because we ship quick! 
    No P.O BOXES: We use a fast 1-3 days shipping service with FEDEX and they are unable to deliver to post offices or post boxes.

    The average delivery times are 1-3 business days

    What shipping service do you use?

    USA: FED EX INTERNATIONAL 1-3 DAYS - Geo Location Tracking is provided and Signature Required at delivery. NOTE: FED EX does not deliver to P.O Boxes or Post Offices

    FEDEX Manager allows our customers to manage their delivery incase they won't be home at time of delivery for secure and stress free delivery of every package. Hold at Location and Vacation holds are available if you won't be home to sign. 

    Once you receive your tracking you will be responsible to track, accept and sign for your package before the cut off date.

    Tracking:

    You will receive an email including your tracking the moment your package has been collected by the shipping service and continued updated shipping emails along the way. 

    Where will my order ship from?

    Most of our items ship from Delta B.C (Vancouver) Canada. 

    Some of our Bayside84 collab bags ship from Chicago - this is noted in the item description.

    Will you ship to a "Reship Services" for customers outside of our shipping zones?

    Yes, we have many international customers who shop on LUSHER.co who enter reship service addresses as their delivery address. Customers are responsible to vet the service they select and enter the full address required by the reship service to identify your package. LUSHER and the LUSHER shipping team are not responsible for any loss/damage or shipping issues once the package arrives at the reship service. If the service rejects the package for any reason, LUSHER is not responsible and the receiver will need to have the service arrange redelivery, the package can not be returned to sender. Our customer care team are unable to call or contact them on your behalf and we do not refund lost/missing/delayed packages.

    Customer Responsibility / Terms of Use:

    Full and Accurate Address:

    When placing your order you will be required to enter a full and accurate address including unit number- you are creating your shipping label and this is the address we are responsible to ship to. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking.

    ENTERED AN INCORRECT/PREVIOUS ADDRESS

    *If you have made an error/ neglected to add a unit number or are using third party payment apps and added an old address, you will need to contact the carrier directly to make changes to your address or arrange to have someone collect your package from the FEDEX depot where it is being held. USE FEDEX MANAGER.

    Any package loss or missed delivery due to address errors are customers responsibility. All items must be returned to our warehouse in Delta B.C for refunds and internationally shipped items can not be 'returned to sender' as they require customs clearance and will get lost at the boarder.  

    Track Your Package and accept it before the cut off date:

    You will receive on going tracking updates as your package moves and you are responsible to track your package and accept it by the final delivery attempt or collect it at your local FEDEX office. 

    Important to note for international and cross border customers:

    Every package is tracked with shipping updates, tracking emails, 'out for delivery' and notices left at customers doors with on-going reminders to pick up packages which include the post office/pick up address and cut off date. 

    Packages Rejected, Abandoned/Neglected/Unclaimed (customer does not collect at the post office before the cut off date) & Undeliverable due to customer address error are Non Refundable:

    It's important to accept your package before the cut off time because packages shipped internationally/cross boarder which are not accepted are abandoned by the carrier at customs because all internationaly shipped packages require clearance at customs to return to our warehouse in Canada. Customers are given ample alerts and warnings to pick up their packages including where to pick up and the cut off date. 

    Customers who choose to abandon their package will be responsible to contact the carrier directly to discuss locating and redelivery of their package. LUSHER is not responsible if customers neglect their packages. 

    Refund are only issued on items returned to our warehouse in Delta BC Canada using a return of goods label provided by LUSHER.
