All orders ship from Salt Lake City, UT via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location. Most deliveries arrive in 1–3 business days, with geo-tracking and a signature required for secure delivery.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the move—and another when it’s out for delivery—so you always know where your goodies are!

Returns & Exchanges
Not in love with your order? No worries! You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.  

Just email us at sales@lusher.co with your order info, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Kindly note 7 days after delivery the Return of Goods service label expires and our shipping team is unable to issue it after this date.

Refunds
After your returned item arrives at our Salt Lake City warehouse, and our quality control team has receive your item back in perfect condition, with original packaging and tags, we’ll issue a full refund minus any shipping costs within 7-14 business days.
