To ensure we can arrange your carrier return label in time, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, as the return service expires after this period.

What shipping service do you use for returns?

We use the same fast, tracked, and signature-required shipping service for returns to ensure your package is delivered securely and processed as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received, our quality control team requires 7–14 business days to inspect and process your refund. Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Can I send a self-return?

No. In order for our warehouse to properly identify and process returned parcels, all returns must use our authorized Return of Goods Service label. We are unable to accept self-returned packages.

My package was returned to sender — what happens now?

If your package is returned to sender, we recommend placing a new order so our shipping team can get your items back out to you as quickly as possible. Once your new order has been placed, please contact our support team at sales@lusher.co and include the Return to Sender tracking number. This helps us notify our warehouse and process your return efficiently. After the original package is received back at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any return shipping fees.
