Second Sale Disclaimer

By purchasing a product listed in the Second Sale collection, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All Second Sale items are sold as-is and may present visible or minor imperfections, including but not limited to leather marks, natural leather variations, stitching flaws, interior imperfections, hardware flaws, items previously used in photoshoots, or items that are the final piece of a style, color, or season. Flaws for specific bags, or last one are clearly noted in the description of the discounted Second Sale Item.

These items did not meet our full-price quality control standards and are therefore offered at a significantly discounted price with the intent that the purchaser will use the bag "as-is" or repair any flaws if need be. 

Final Sale

All Second Sale purchases are final sale.

We can not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations for any reason. Once an order has been placed or shipped, the item cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

No Resale Policy

Second Sale items are sold for personal use only.

The resale, redistribution, or commercial sale of Second Sale items is prohibited. These items may not be resold, listed, or represented on resale marketplaces (including but not limited to Poshmark, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms) as full-price LUSHER products or without clearly disclosing that the item was purchased as a Second Sale item with flaws.

Customer Responsibility

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have:

• Read and understood the Second Sale policy

• Reviewed the product description

• Accepted that the item may include imperfections or variations

• Agreed that the purchase is final sale with no exceptions

• Agreed to not resell the item or misrepresent it in the resale market

Customers are responsible for reviewing all policies prior to completing their purchase. Failure to read or understand these policies does not qualify for an exception to the final sale terms.
