When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship within 24 hours. Weekend orders are prepared the same day and picked up by the carrier on the next business day.
When will my order be delivered?
Once your package is in transit, your tracking link will provide an estimated delivery date along with real-time shipping updates.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed very quickly — including weekends and holidays. If you’ve received an order confirmation email, your order is already being prepared and can no longer be canceled.
My discount code isn't working.
Discount codes can not be applied to items already discounted.
Do you offer additional colors, straps, or sizes?
All currently available products, colors, and sizes are listed on our website. Straps are created with the bag during production. We do not make additional straps for sale.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, our quality control team requires 7–14 business days to inspect and process your refund. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once approved.
Do you offer warranties or repairs in North America?
Each Lusher piece is handcrafted in Italy by skilled artisans using premium materials designed to last for years to come. While we currently do not offer repair or replacement services in the United States or North America, ongoing maintenance and repairs can be handled by a local leather repair shop. With proper care, your Lusher bag is made to age beautifully and be enjoyed for a lifetime.
