Exclusive, Artisan Stone Washed Finish "Gold Cognac" is completed by hand on each individual belt, for a genuine bespoke artisan finish. All orders ship from our Salt Lake City warehouse via trusted carriers such as UPS or FedEx, depending on your location. Most deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days and include tracking updates for peace of mind.

Please note: we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses and some address' require USPS for delivery.

IMPORTANT: Provide a full and accurate address at checkout - If using a payment app or autofilling your address please make sure payment app addresses are updated. Packages lost, misdelivered or RTS due to incorrect address are customer responsiblity and not refundable or replaced. We appreciate your attention and understanding. 

Easy Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping is fast and your tracking will provide an estimated delivery date with options like vacation hold available for those who need some extra time to collect their package. Please accept or sign for your package before the cut off. Kindly note neglected packages are not refunded unless delivered back to our warehouse and RTS fee's associated with the carrier will be deducted from refunds.

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, simply email sales@lusher.co with your order details and we’ll be happy to help.

We provide a return of goods service through our trusted carriers. To arrange your prepaid return label please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After this time the carrier service expires so please contact us in time for us to assist. 

Once your return arrives and has been checked by our team, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days minus shipping fees.

Exchanges

Need a different style or colour? Because many of our bags sell quickly, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred item and contact us for return assistance with your original purchase.
