  • Collecting the package from the carrier depot if delivery is missed

If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may hold the package at a local depot for a limited time before returning it to the sender.

Customers must collect or arrange redelivery before the carrier’s cut-off date.

Failure to monitor tracking or collect the package in time may result in the package being returned to sender, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
