I haven't received a reply to my email.
The most common reason is that your email was sent to Lusher.com instead of Lusher.co.
We are Lusher.co, and emails sent to a .com address are not received by our team.
Please ensure you're emailing sales@lusher.co If you haven't received a reply within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday), please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us again.
I didn't receive my order confirmation.
The most common reason is that an incorrect email address was entered during checkout.
Simply email sales@lusher.co and we'll be happy to update your email address and confirm your order details.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship within 24 hours.
Weekend orders are confirmed and prepared the same day, with collection by the shipping carrier on the next business day.
When will my order arrive?
All orders ship from our Salt Lake City warehouse via trusted carriers including DHL and, where required, USPS.
Most USA orders arrive within 1–4 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way and stay informed of your estimated delivery date.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our warehouse confirms and packages orders almost immediately to ensure fast dispatch, so we're unable to guarantee cancellations or order changes once an order has been placed.
Weekend orders: Our USA warehouse is closed on weekends, but orders are confirmed and packaged for carrier collection the next business day by our dedicated shipping team.

When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 14 days from the date your return is received at our Salt Lake City warehouse for your refund to be processed.
This time is required for our team to quality control each returned item and ensure all original components are included with the return. We appreciate your patience while we complete this process.
My discount code isn't working.
The most common reasons are: The promotion has expired. The item is already discounted. Discounted items do not require a discount code in cart. Please check the total of your cart to confirm the price.
Do you sell replacement straps or have additional colors available?
Everything currently available, including all bags, belts, colors, and sizes, is listed on our website.
If you don't see it online, it isn't currently available.

Do you offer repairs or a warranty?
Each Lusher piece is handcrafted in Italy by skilled artisans using premium materials designed to last for years to come.
While we don't currently offer repair or warranty services in North America, most ongoing maintenance and repairs can be completed by a reputable local leather repair specialist.
With proper care, your Lusher bag is designed to age beautifully and be enjoyed for a lifetime.
