All orders ship from our Salt Lake City warehouse via trusted carriers such as DHL or FedEx, depending on your location. Most deliveries arrive within 1–4 business days and include tracking updates for peace of mind.

Please note: we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses and some address' require USPS for delivery.

Easy Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

This tracking provides an ETA and allows you to follow your package’s entire journey from dispatch to delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate residential shipping address. 

  • Monitoring the shipment tracking & ETA

  • Being available to sign for delivery or contacting the carrier to hold the package for pickup before the final delivery attempt.

  • Collecting/Accepting the package before the final delivery or cutoff date.

Deliveries can be conveniently managed online using your tracking. 

Simple Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, simply email sales@lusher.co with your order details and we’ll be happy to help.

We provide a return of goods service through our trusted carriers. To arrange your prepaid return label please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After this time, the return of goods carrier service expires so please contact us in time for us to assist. 

Exchanges

Need a Different Style or Color?

Because many of our bags sell out quickly, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred style or color and we'll ship it our right away. In the mean time, please contact us at sales@lusher.co to request a return label for your original purchase. After we receive the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Cancelations

Our shipping team processes and ships orders very quickly, which means we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we cannot make any changes after your order has been placed. Important notice - Cancelled orders will be refunded minus the Non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us by the payment provider. and if shipped, minus shipping costs to and from the customer. 

Refund Policy

Once your return arrives at our warehouse in Salt Lake City and has been quality control checked by our team, refunds are processed back to your original payment method minus a $15.00 restocking fee within 14 business days.

 Return to Sender (RTS)

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking and accepting or collecting their package before the carrier's final delivery or collection deadline.

If a package is returned to us as Return to Sender (RTS), please contact us with the RTS tracking number so we can notify our warehouse.

Once the returned package has been received and verified, refunds will be issued less the original shipping cost, the non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us by the payment provider, and any carrier RTS fees incurred. As shipping and carrier fees have already been incurred in good faith, we are unable to absorb these costs when an order is returned due to customer error or failure to accept delivery.
