This is the best secured service available with UPS and allows our customers to stay updated on the progress of their delivery, contact UPS for customer service regarding their package and ensures the item will arrive at the correct address and signed for by you or your *trusted party.

NOTE: If you entered a P.O box as your delivery address, your package can be tracked with your local carrier, USPS or Canada Post. Expect a few days delay before your item starts tracking with these services. Contact our customer care team for any assistance, we're happy to help.

UPS Delayed over 48hrs after expected delivery date: 

We're very sorry if your currently experiencing a delay within the UPS system and to help our shipping service has prepared some helpful information.

Each order receives an email with UPS Tracking, this tracking identifies your package within the UPS system and is provided so you are able to manage your delivery including any delays, where to pick up your package or if you need to reschedual a delivery time convient for you. 

In the event your tracking shows your shipment is held up with your carrier more then 48 hrs after the 'expected delivery date' contact our customer care team who will assist right away. UPS will open a lost package investigation and search for your package and get it moving. We're here to help and look forward to you recieving your package very soon.
