Thank you for taking the time to read our policies prior to purchase to ensure the best customer experience possible.

LUSHER bags and belts are 100% designed and handmade from stitch to our signature leather finish, in Tuscany Italy. We ship our bags and belts to our dedicated shipping team located in Delta B.C, Canada where we ship, within 24-48 hrs (mon-fri) to our customers in Canada and the USA.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to both Canada and the U.S. 

*We recommend U.S. customers place orders over 800.00 usd in more than one order to avoid duties. Orders under 800.00 usd will ship duty free.

When will my order ship?

Our dedicated shipping team endevors to ship within 24-48hrs Mon-Friday. Orders received holidays and weekends will ship the next business days.

Please keep in mind there is no shipping Saturday, Sundays or Holidays and 'business days' are Monday - Friday. 

Tracking:

You will receive an email including your tracking the moment your package has been collected by the shipping service and continuted updated shipping emails along the way. 

IMPORTANT:

Once you receive your tracking you will be responsible to track and accept your package before the cut off date. Unclaimed/Rejected or Abandoned Package are not refundable.

My Tracking Shows 'Label Created'

Your order has shipped internationally ( outside of Italy/Canada)

When you see 'shipping label created, USPS or FedEx awaiting item' and the destination port ( for example BLAINE WA) your package has been picked up and is on it's way to the destination country where it will be accepted by FedEx or USPS. Please patiently watch your tracking. It isn't unusual for the package to be moving through FedEx or USPS network before the tracking starts but rest assured your package will track soon. 

$12.99 Label Fee:

LUSHER covers the cost to ship our bags from Italy to our dedicated shipping team in Delta B.C. where Canadian and US customers are able to shop customs duties and tax free and avoid high cost of international shipping. US customers shop state tax free. $12.99 is a small fee charged by the carrier to create your shipping label and clear your package before it even arrives in customs to avoid any delays.

When will I receive my package?

The average shipping times are 3-8 business days to any major hub. Weekends and holidays are not counted and delays may occur during transit and delivery address outside of major hubs may take longer. ('business days' = Mon-Fri)

If you notice a delay or have concerns please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. 

If you have placed a last minute order please be aware we are unable to hurry the carrier and thank you for using your tracking. Our team has the same information. 

Where will my order ship from?

Delta B.C Canada.

Our carefully quality controlled and packaged finished products are sent to our dedicated shipping team in Delta B.C (Vancouver) Canada from our studio in Tusany IT. Shipping from Canada assists our U.S and Canadian customers in avoiding expensive shipping costs and duties that come with direct shipments from Italy. 

Duties?

U.S. customers - we cover duties on orders under $800.00. on orders over $800.00 we recommend placing seprate orders under this total to avoid duties levied at customs. - please note packages abandoned due to duties can not be returned to sender, they need clearance and we can not refund items not returned to us. Please accept your package.

Canadian Customers - No duties

What shipping service do you use?

U.S. customers - FEDEX, USPS - Signature Required. *If you'd like us to remove signature required please contact us.

Canadian Customers - Canada Post, Purlator - Signature Required. *If you'd like us to remove signature required please contact us.

P.O Boxes?

Yes! If you enter a P.O. box address, your delivery will be sent to your local USPS or Canada Post office for pick up. 

Important: If you use a P.O box, Communuty Mail box, UPS ect you are responsible to collect your package in timely manner - before the cut off date. Once your package is delivered to the address provided you are responsible for any issues that may occur. 

Will you ship to a "Reship Services" for customers outside of our shipping zones?

Yes, we have many international customers who shop on LUSHER.co who enter reship service addresses as their delivery address. Customers are responsible to vet the service they select and enter the full address required by the reship service to identify your package. LUSHER and the LUSHER shipping team are not responsible for any loss / damage or shipping issues once the package arrives at the reship service. If the service rejects the package for any reason LUSHER is not responsible and the receiver will need to have the service arrange redelivey, the package can not be returned to sender. Our customer care team are unable to call or contact them on your behalf and we do not refund lost/missing/delayed packages. 

 Customer Responsibility / Terms of Use:

Full and Accurate Address:

When placing your order you will be required to enter a full and accurate address including unit / P.O Box number - you are creating your shipping label and this is the address we are resposible to ship to. You will receive an order confirmation email moments after you place your order, please review the email to confirm you have entered the correct information. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking which will again include the shipping address you provided.

*If you have made an error or neglected to add a unit/p.o box number you will need to contact the carrier directly to make changes to your address. Any package loss or misdelivery due to address errors are customers responsibility.

Track Your Package and accept it before the cut off date:

You will receive on going tracking updates as your package moves and you are responsible to track your package and accept it by the final delivery attempt / collect it at your local USPS/Canada Post/FEDEX or Purlator office before the cut off date.

Important to note for international and crossborder customers:

Every package is tracked with shipping updates, tracking emails, 'out for delivery' and notices left at customers doors with on-going reminders to pick up packages which include the post office/pick up address and cut off date. 

Packages Rejected, Abandoned/Neglected/Unclaimed (customer does not collect at the post office before the cut off date) & Undeliverable due to customer address error are Non Refundable:

It's important to accept your package before the cut off time because packages shipped internationally/crossboarder which are not accepted are abandoned by the carrier at customs because all internationaly shipped packages require clearence at customs to return to our warehouse in Canada. Customers are given ample alerts and warnings to pick up thier packages including where to pick up and the cut off date. 

Customers who choose to abandon their package will be responsible to contact the carrier directly to discuss locating and redelivery of their package. LUSHER is not responsible if customers neglect their packages. 

Refund are only issued on items returned to our warehouse in Delta BC Canada using a return of goods label provided by LUSHER. 

Canadian Abanonded Packages - If delivered back to our warehouse in Delta BC  are refunded minus shipping and abanonded fee's once we are billed by the carrier.
