What shipping service do you use for returns?
We use the same fast, tracked, and signature-required shipping service for returns to ensure your package is delivered securely and processed as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, our quality control team requires 7–14 business days to inspect and process your refund. Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Can I send a self-return? RTS?
In order for our warehouse to properly identify and process returned parcels, all returns must use our authorized Return of Goods Service label. Our USA based warehouse is unable to accept self-returned packages.
