All orders ship from our Salt Lake City warehouse via trusted carriers such as UPS or FedEx, depending on your location. Most deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days and include tracking updates for peace of mind.
Please note: we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses and some address' require USPS for delivery.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping is fast and your tracking will provide an estimated delivery date with options like vacation hold available for those who need some extra time to collect their package. Please accept or sign for your package before the cut off. K
Simple Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, simply email sales@lusher.co with your order details and we’ll be happy to help.
We provide a return of goods service through our trusted carriers. To arrange your prepaid return label please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After this time the carrier service expires so please contact us in time for us to assist.
Cancelations
Our shipping team processes and ships orders very quickly, which means we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we cannot make any changes after your order has been placed.
Refund Policy
Once your return arrives at our warehouse in Salt Lake City and has been quality control checked by our team, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Exchanges
Need a Different Style or Color?
Because many of our bags sell out quickly, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred style or color and we'll ship it our right away. In the mean time, please contact us at sales@lusher.co to request a return label for your original purchase. After we receive the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
