LUSHER bags and belts are 100% designed and handmade from stitch, to our signature leather finish in Italy. We ship our bags and belts to our dedicated shipping team located in Delta B.C, Canada where we ship, within 24-48 hrs (mon-fri) to our customers in Canada and the USA.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to both Canada and the U.S. 

We recommend U.S. customers place orders over 800.00 usd in more than one order to avoid duties. Orders under 800.00 usd will ship duty free.

When will my order ship?

Our dedicated shipping teams endeavours to ship within 24 hours Mon-Friday. Orders received holidays and weekends will ship the next business days.

Please keep in mind there is no shipping Saturday, Sundays or Holidays and 'business days' are Monday - Friday. 

What shipping service do you use?

FED EX - Geo Location Tracking is provided and Signature Required at delivery. 

NOTE: FED EX does not deliver to P.O Boxes / Post Offices

Canada Post Xpress USA - Geo Location Tracking and Signature Required at delivery.

Tracking:

You will receive an email including your tracking the moment your package has been collected by the shipping service and continued updated shipping emails along the way. 

FEDEX Manager allows our customers to manage their delivery incase they won't be home at time of delivery for secure and stress free delivery of every package. Vacation holds are available if you won't be home to sign. 

Once you receive your tracking you will be responsible to track, accept and sign for your package before the cut off date.

IMPORTANT: We ship quick so please provide a correct and current delivery address. 

Please enter a full and accurate address when placing your order - you are creating your shipping label and this is where we are responsible to ship it to. If you use a third party payment app to auto fill your information, you are responsible to keep your address up to date. Once your order is confirmed we are unable to change the delivery address or date, please contact the shipping service directly. As you can understand we need to receive the item we shipped to you back to our warehouse to initiate refunds. Unclaimed/Rejected or Abandoned Package are not refundable so make sure you accept your package even if you choose to return it. We ask you to kindly remember it is not the fault of our team if incorrect information is provided so please be understanding in your communication with us and ensure any item we have shipped to you is accepted or returned using our return of goods service - internationally shipped packages can not be returned to sender. 

 When will I receive my package?

The average shipping times are 1-6 business days to any major hub. Weekends and holidays are not counted and delays may occur during transit and delivery address outside of major hubs may take longer. ('business days' = Mon-Fri)

If you notice a delay or have concerns please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. 

If you have placed a last minute order please be aware we are unable to hurry the carrier and thank you for using your tracking. Our team has the same information.

Delta B.C (Vancouver) Canada. 

Duties?

U.S. customers - Orders under $800.00. will ship duty free as per the USA/CANADA trade deal.  Orders over $800.00 we recommend placing separate orders under this total to avoid duties levied at customs. IMPORTANT TO NOTE packages abandoned can not be returned to a cross-border sender, they need a broker to clear the package and we can not refund items not returned to us. Please accept your package. 

 Will you ship to a "Reship Services" for customers outside of our shipping zones?

Yes, we have many international customers who shop on LUSHER.co who enter reship service addresses as their delivery address. Customers are responsible to vet the service they select and enter the full address required by the reship service to identify your package. LUSHER and the LUSHER shipping team are not responsible for any loss / damage or shipping issues once the package arrives at the reship service. If the service rejects the package for any reason LUSHER is not responsible and the receiver will need to have the service arrange redelivey, the package can not be returned to sender. Our customer care team are unable to call or contact them on your behalf and we do not refund lost/missing/delayed packages. 

 Customer Responsibility / Terms of Use:

Full and Accurate Address:

When placing your order you will be required to enter a full and accurate address including unit number- you are creating your shipping label and this is the address we are resposible to ship to. You will receive an order confirmation email moments after you place your order, please review the email to confirm you have entered the correct information. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking which will again include the shipping address you provided.

*If you have made an error/ neglected to add a unit number or are using third party payment apps and added an old address you will need to contact the carrier directly to make changes to your address. Any package loss or missed delivery due to address errors are customers responsibility. All items must be returned to our warehouse in Delta B.C for refunds and internationally shipped items can not be 'returned to sender' as they require customs clearance and will get lost at the boarder.  

Track Your Package and accept it before the cut off date:

You will receive on going tracking updates as your package moves and you are responsible to track your package and accept it by the final delivery attempt / collect it at your local USPS/Canada Post/FEDEX or Purolator office before the cut off date.

Important to note for international and crossborder customers:

Every package is tracked with shipping updates, tracking emails, 'out for delivery' and notices left at customers doors with on-going reminders to pick up packages which include the post office/pick up address and cut off date. 

Packages Rejected, Abandoned/Neglected/Unclaimed (customer does not collect at the post office before the cut off date) & Undeliverable due to customer address error are Non Refundable:

It's important to accept your package before the cut off time because packages shipped internationally/crossboarder which are not accepted are abandoned by the carrier at customs because all internationaly shipped packages require clearence at customs to return to our warehouse in Canada. Customers are given ample alerts and warnings to pick up thier packages including where to pick up and the cut off date. 

Customers who choose to abandon their package will be responsible to contact the carrier directly to discuss locating and redelivery of their package. LUSHER is not responsible if customers neglect their packages. 

Refund are only issued on items returned to our warehouse in Delta BC Canada using a return of goods label provided by LUSHER.
